Medical Administrator

The Lattimore and Village Surgery are looking to recruit office admin/reception personnel to join our friendly team of staff. 

We offer a supportive work environment, training, NHS pension and are looking for someone with commitment and attention to detail to support the existing admin team. 

Key function of this post is to work closely with the administration supervisor as part of her team to process daily patient related correspondence. As part of the role you will also be trained to cover reception when the need arises. 

The successful applicant will have excellent IT and organizational skills and an aptitude for learning. A clinical or primary care background is ideal but not essential. The ability to prioritize your workload and demonstrate a willingness to develop as well as the ability to cover staff absences is a must. 

This is a permanent, position and hours are to be worked across 6 days Monday to Saturday, it is essential that you are flexible as it may be necessary to cover absences. Salary is dependent on experience. The post offers 4 weeks annual leave and NHS pension.

Due to retirement we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic reliable, flexible, part-time receptionist to work across our two sites. Good telephone skills required, flexibility essential, working knowledge of NHS desirable but not essential as full training will be given. 

Are you good with people? Do you have any reception experience or worked in customer service? 

We are a looking for an additional member of staff to join our growing team of receptionists. Although experience working on reception and preferably in an NHS environment is preferred for the right candidate we would be happy to train to the levels expected of this post.
